Jr. Elite Camp
The UCLA Girl’s Soccer Jr. Elite Camp is an overnight camp open to girls between the ages of 9 and 13. Challenge yourself with a more intense and competitive soccer camp experience. Most camp participants compete at a competitive club or school level, or are looking to take their game to the next level. Our experienced coaches train players using the same skill development and tactical awareness sessions that have been used to create NCAA, Olympic, and World Cup champions at UCLA. To ensure small team sizes and individual attention, we limit registration on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend registering early.
UCLA Girls Soccer Jr. Elite Camp Features:
Soccer skill development in a fun and challenging environment.
Exposure to elite coaches who provide age-appropriate training sessions.
Soccer skill development on a world-class collegiate environment.
Life-long friendships with campers and coaches.
What to expect
The Jr. Elite Soccer Camp at UCLA offers girls an intensive training for players who are serious about developing their skills and improving their game. Players will spend several hours on the field each day – challenging themselves against other players, and learning from top coaches. You should expect to train hard each day, and have fun in the process.
We strive to help each girl reach her own personal next level as a soccer player and individual. Campers are evaluated and assessed by coaches throughout the week. Players are initially separated into age and skill-level appropriate teams, and will be reassigned as necessary to ensure the right challenging and development environment is achieved. Each player also receives a comprehensive review and analysis at the conclusion of camp.
UCLA Girl’s Soccer Camps are held on the beautiful campus of UCLA. Located in Los Angeles, California, the camps offer exceptional summer weather, ideal for intensive training sessions.
Overnight campers stay in UCLA dorms and eat meals in campus dining halls. Dorms and dining halls are located within comfortable walking distance from the playing fields. The dorms feature a camp store, where campers can purchase healthy snacks, order pizza, and purchase UCLA gear.
The camp fields feature UCLA’s IM soccer fields; located between the Jon Wooden Athletics Center and Drake Field.
UCLA Girl’s Soccer Camps are led by UCLA Women’s Head Coach Amanda Cromwell. Coach Cromwell is assisted by the UCLA coaching staff: Assistant Coach Sam Greene, Goalkeeper Coach Jenny Bindon, and current and former UCLA Women’s Soccer players, as well as elite college and club coaches from across the country.
